A new store, called 'the place where they'll sell you anything to buy' has been set up to sell Viagra. It was the second such drug-store in the UK.

The store, with about 20 staff and an opening day price of £19.99, is one of many that will be selling the impotence drug Viagra over the counter.

A spokesman for the pharmacy told the Sun it was a'very good store'.

Mr Andrew Whelan, the spokesman, said: 'Pharmacies are now very large and the pharmacy is very popular. You can find so many of them that they are sold at a much cheaper price than in the past. So I think it's great that these stores are set up to sell Viagra in a way that doesn't have a large retail presence in the UK.

'There are a lot of different drugs that have been available to patients since Viagra came on the scene. So the first of those drugs was originally used to treat erectile dysfunction but it was later found to be effective in treating the symptoms of pulmonary arterial hypertension, so the first of those products was originally sold as Viagra.

'The second and third products are used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and it has also been known as 'blue pills' so these are no longer sold at all and it is now sold as Viagra and other drugs such as the heart medication digoxin which is taken for heart failure.

'There are now many more drugs in stock so you can really go further and see all these products that have been available to patients in the past and see how they work. I would also like to point out that we have a very good number of products available now.'

Mr Whelan added that the pharmacist had already had an appointment to see if the store was suitable for Viagra.

Mr Whelan, who said: 'I have been with the pharmacy for a while and it is always great to see so many people who are really looking to buy something.

'I'm sure it's great to have the staff here to help, it is a good store, the staff is fantastic and I'm very pleased that they have been able to sell the product.'

The pharmacist explained that 'pharmacies are a very big business and people need help to buy a little something'.

He added that the pharmacy is open from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Mr Whelan said: 'We have an increasing number of stores that are selling Viagra now. I am very pleased that we have been able to sell the product.

'I'm very pleased that the pharmacy has been able to sell the product. There are so many of these drugs available and it is very good to have someone with that in stock to advise on what is available. The staff is fantastic.

'I'm sure it's great to have a group of people here to help us.

'The store will be a good place for people to be able to get an order, they are doing fantastic and they will be able to get the product.

'This is not an easy problem. The pharmacist has done a fantastic job with his staff.
